Typically, the commission for a buyer’s agent is included in the price of a home. So basically, it is a free service that is provided for buyers to find the home that is right for them.
Buying Protocol for my clients:
As your agent, I can arrange showings of any homes on the market for you, no matter which sign/agency they are listed under – Just contact me. I research homes and analyze market values to ensure that you get a good deal.
When going to peruse an open house be aware that there is a high probability that the agent showing the home represents the seller. For your best interest, work through your buyer’s agent (me). I will thoroughly research the property and look out for your best interests in all negotiations and transactions.
